Some News
	1) I've just recieved in my new microphone with pop filter so sound problems should be a thing of the past. 2) Also there has been some talk and Cuba and I are gonna work on releasing a podcast with our jibber-jabber on different topics. Should be funny and interesting. I'm also thinking about turning the movie review section into video as well. Feel free to E-mail me with any comments or suggestions you guys have out there. 3)We now have a MySpace page....befriend us!! Myspace.com/iconscartoon 4)Mike and Writers Block are no longer part in the creative process of Icons which means that the character Mike will be played by someone else. I apologize for the inconvenience. Its beyond my control. 5) I'm in the process of reanimating and fixing some of the episodes to be read for a video format. like mpeg, or for your Ipod. 6)AND FINALLY!!! On a side note unrelated to Icons. The new AVP (thats aliens vs predator) trailer has hit and its the sickest thing ever. It looks like they definitly learned from the first one, and realized that the 2 most rated R aliens should make an EXTREMELY R rated movie. Cross Promotion -- 5.9.07 1:32 AM EDT
	Braintree Studios and the Regal Cinema of Taunton Massachusetts, are teaming up again to cross promote the new animated feature "Surfs Up" coming out June 8th. A stylistically daring CGI feature, "Surf's Up" is based on the groundbreaking revelation that surfing was actually invented by penguins. In the film, a documentary crew will take audiences behind the scenes and onto the waves during the most competitive, heartbreaking and dangerous display of surfing known to man, the Penguin World Surfing Championship.

New Management -- 05.05.07

Greetings, Programs! I am your new web developer, Stacey. As some of you might have noticed, the site has undergone some minor changes, tweaks, and as promised a few little updates. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay, but forces beyond Tree's control prevented the updates from being made. These issues have now been resolved, and everything should be proceeding on a much cleaner, much better schedule from this day forward.

Hello peoples!. sorry there hasn't been much updating, I took a month off to take care of some stuff. (Like moving) now that im settled in, the new episode is under way the first couple of scenes are already done and i just found another scene that i need to record that intergrates into episode 5. (I wrote it in paper so i lost it before)

So just letting you know that i didnt forget about you. Keep checking back for new updates. Later peeps!

ICONS Short -- 1.12.07 1:20 AM EDT
	Ive taken my first stab at an Icons short. Something kicking around my "Idea notebook" So I whipped it up in about a day and a half. Im finallizing everything now so it should be up in the coming hours or days. The premise of this animation is a look into the past of Tree, with a bit of a twist. its probably only about a minute or 2 long but still damn good none the less. Hope you Enjoy it!

Some More Additions -- 01/06/2007 2:02 AM EDT

I'm working very hard to bring you guys all the updates that we've been stock piling over the past months. SHOCKED yes there were updates. I've just gained access to the "how to" of working on this site so while mike is busy with school work I don't have to bug him.

I've finally added the blooper reel to the episodes section. Hopefully it will under-go some new changes to better suit the content. So its no longer strictly confined to newgrounds.

Also in the Coming weeks, I'm going to be opening up my services to the other flash animators out there who just can't seem to get the art part of there cartoons down. So I will take commissions for custom character packs, for about $25-30 dollars, depending on diffculty. That will include: Your character in angled postion with 5 hand positions and the basics of the alphabet when it comes to mouth postions. Also check out the new design in the ICONS STORE, and support your love for exploding babies.

Bloopers, WOWZERS -- 12/3/2007 1:50 AM EDT

Well its been about 2 weeks since the Newgrounds.com release of the Icons animated bloopers and deleted scenes, and they seem to be a hit with a massive response of over 250 k views. which is probably also due to the anime boobs Icon that I used. Either way it got some exposure and the response to Icons is greater than ever before. I just wanted to thank all the people that love our work, because that's who we do it for. So thanks and feel free to send us letters. We always love hearing what you have to say.

And don't forget to check out the store for some new merch, to help support future endevors of ICONS.

Okay, so it took me a little longer than I expected it to, but after putting in some work during what little free time I have between all the other stuff filling up my hectic schedule, I've finally finished and published the new version of the site, nice and shiny, spiffy, and re-coded in fancy ASP.NET utilizing Master Pages to make my life easier.

Everything should be fairly bug free, since I spent time going through and clicking every link to make sure it all worked right, but please drop me an e-mail if you notice anything that's b0rked. I'd appreciate it much.

So what else is new? I finally got around to re-doing the Review pages so that they're more easily navigateable, and I added a permalink to the Cafe Press store over o nthe side using that pretty picture that Tree made for it.

An Update -- 8/7/2006 4:03 PM MDT

No, I haven't forgotten about the site, and no, Icons hasn't disappeared. Like my last post months ago states, I've been incredibly busy between school and some recent events that caused me to have to move out of the apartment I was living in. Long story short, I haven't had much time to deal with anything that wasn't day to day vital, so the site suffered because of it.

But, enough of that. In the little bit of spare time that I've had, I've been trying to re-code the entire site to utilize some of what I've learned here at school, and to hopefully make it better overall as well as easier to update and play around with, which will hopefully make me more motivated to make an update when Aaron is nagging the crap out of me to do so.

In the meantime, Tree went and set up a Cafe Press store where you can go to pick up some of the Icons merchandise that he's put up in there. If you feel like supporting the work that we've put into the cartoon, or just want to do some shameless advertising for us, go ahead and check it out, and buy a few things!

Well, I didn't expect to get so busy with school in such a hurry this quarter. It's like my teachers just all of a sudden decided to devolp a maniacal, murderous rage for all of us 3rd quarter students. That, and my Algorithms class is increadibly difficult to grasp, though mainly because the teacher sounds like Apu Nahasapeemapetilon...

Anyway, Aaron's been nagging me for a while now to make some updates, so here they are. I know I promised that the movie review section would be going under and overhaul, but unless I can get a good hour or two free time with no distractions whatsoever, that might not come as quickly as I want it to. Anyway, there's a Silent Hill Review and a new Wallpaper posted up. I'll try to stay more on top of things in the weeks to come.
