A Dane Cook feature. If you're like me, then you like Dane Cook, and you would expect nothing but greatness out of a movie with him as the main character.
well you couldn't be more wrong. While Dane, has some acting talent he sadly isn't enough to keep together a bad movie. I was expecting this movie to go down as cult classic with the "office space" type movies of the world but it does not deliver. The script could of been written by a 10 year old. with no real depth or comedic genius integrated into this story. its cut and dry Dane is a slacker, sees a girl, find out she dates employees of the month so he decides to become one, going against the lead cashier played by Dax. That is about as deep as the character development gets. Jessica Simpson plays the leading lady in this one, and not very good. her lines are piss poor and lacks the comedic timing to deliver them correctly. The only thing that she manages to do is show off that amazing chest she has, in almost every scene.
This movie wasn't terrible, but it sure the hell wasn't that good either. if your looking for a movie to watch between blockbusters then rent this one for some mild entertainment.
